REVIEW ACTIONS FROM LAST MEETING
For each JTF campaign going forward, plan on scheduling a regular weekly meeting for JTF squadrons to go over the documents and plan/scheme the plan ahead of time.
Ogre to reschedule for Thursdays 5PM (PST)
Cleaning cobb webs
For inactive pilots, squadron commanders to remove prefixes (SQD, RNK) from username and get placed into reserve discord group.
Mission Dee Jay / coordinator
If Matt Wagner happens within one hour into mission, restart else rain check for next weekend.
JTF-191 Web page Squadron page - No progress, still desired?
YES - Squadron commanders will maintain list. Killjoy to figure this out.
Morale hits in JTF due to "beefs" with other squadrons/pilots
Don't let it fester!
When all are chill have a respectful voice chat and work it out!

NEW: Should we restrict squadron chat write privilege's from outsiders: No. CO, XO, etc. should be able to remove unwanted messages in their squadron discord voice chat.

See resources in forums. TO ALL IN JTF READING THIS: If you are familiar with mission editor settings, please review the document and see if there are any glaring settings that need to be set per your airframe. Please work with your CO to get desired settings updated in this document!

Not aware of any charges, not sure if it warrants doing anything. Get the accusations and charges flowing. This next court session will feat. a wig!
Previous Campaign
What went well? What went poor? How can we improve? ATO was good Dynamic callsigns sucked, next time let's set task oriented callsigns Squadrons not signing up on ATO on time or at all is not good. Are we okay to have missions where failure is a REAL possibility? Yes we want a challenge People did not seem to read the briefings very well COs please ensure your squadrons is prepared
Next Campaign
Who will be sponsoring/creating the next campaign? Rooster, as long as COs police thier pilots that do not read briefs or take is seriously. Shandy, Juice, Ogre, and possibly others will help with the slides. Every other weekend cadence.
Approximate date for start of next campaign? Sometime in March, and planned to be every other Saturday

I was thinking about creating the next Campaign. However some questions need to be answered at the Command meeting before I take it on.
Who is hosting the server? do we need to chip in to get a server? Magellan
Who can assist me with briefing slides? Shandy, Juice, Ogre are willing to help out
What are JTF's standard for participants? What happens if we have hooligans who just jump in on mission night not bothering with the briefing and do their own thing. This is JTF-191, and level 3 milsim is desired. If people are operating in flagrant violation of this spirit, it should be brought up (respectfully) during debrief.
What about new recruits flying on mission night, allowed? not allowed? discretion of the CO? Discretion of CO. If CO made a bad call (pilot cannot refuel and wrecks JTF ATO timing for example) they need to review decision tree.
Standing down Pilots from Campaigns temporarily based on item 3. Especially pilots who just jump in the mission and fly willy nilly. Pilots who die because they think they're playing Battlefield 6 and slot in again or die jump in another airframe. What are the consequences? IMO (Killjoy) this is a new-ish topic and should be dispositioned in case by case matter. If campaign lead (Rooster) wants specific repercussions instituted please make specific proposals with commander of offending pilot(s).
Observation: Organizing JTF DCS events seem to be hit and miss. The current system is "Discord Events", and people normally post an announcement but it seems few respond.
Proposal: Move to a different system for scheduling JTF events & flights, or just try and get more people to pay attention? Magellan and someone, from the 494th maybe? To look into a new event bot for discord.

We want an open and inviting environment but some topics may be off putting and cause some from joining conversations or participation.

Please take this as a reminder, it is just a good time to reminder us all before we pass the speed limit, we have at times come close.
Many of us are childish adults, and this is a good reminder to behave. If anyone gets offended by accidental insensitivity please find a way to resolve by either direct engagement or work with your CO to get it sorted.
